	Dr. Sam N.Hanania, DMD, FAGD *Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry* Dr. Hanania attended the University of Florida for both his Doctor of Dental Medicine and undergraduate degrees. He has practiced cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry in Jacksonville since 1991. In addition to his practice, Dr. Hanania is an active member of the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Equilibration Society, Academy of General Dentistry, Florida Academy of General Dentistry American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and received a Fellowship to the Academy of General Dentistry in 2002. Dr. Hanania currently serves as President of the Florida Academy of General Dentistry. He is also an Affiliate Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Florida College of Dentistry where he donates his time to help Jacksonville's under privileged. In 2002 and 2003 he was awarded “Best Clinical Faculty”. Dr. Hanania enjoys being active in the community. He is a Member of St. Josephs Catholic Church, Charter Member of Rotary of Bartram Trail, a Volunteer for Creeks Athletic Association and a Member of Mandarin Museum and Historical Society. Dr. Hanania is married with three children and lives in the Fruit Cove / Julington Creek area.
	Lynn Dental Assistant Lynn joined our practice in 2000 and has been a dental assistant for 20 years. Lynn's primary focus is dental assisting and new patient coordinator. lynn@smyledoctor.com
	Pam Hygienist Pam joined our practice in 1994 and has been practicing dental hygiene for over 20 years. Her primary focus is preventive care, periodontal therapy, homecare instructions and patient relations. pam@smyledoctor.com
